En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, 350 refer\u00e8ncies elaborades amb malvasia i arribades de 8 pa\u00efsos del m\u00f3n han competit per aconseguir les seves medalles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Rossneu, Malvasia, Blanc 2024, de Vi de la Terra Mallorca, ha competit en la categor\u00eda <em>Malvasija Dubrovacka, <\/em>que aglutina la Malvasia di Lipari, Malvasia delle Lipari, Malvasia de Sitges i la Malvasia de Banyalbufar. Ha estat un dels cinc vins reconeguts dins aquesta categoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paraules de l\u2019en\u00f2leg, Sergio Navarro, \u201caquesta malvasia ve de la finca Son Rossinyol, entre Sineu i Llub\u00ed. Est\u00e0 sembrada damunt call vermell, amb poca fond\u00e0ria de terra per\u00f2 rica. \u00c9s malvasia de Banyalbufar, pertany a la fam\u00edlia de malvasia arom\u00e0tica. \u00c9s una varietat molt expressiva, que ens dona molta acidesa i molt de sucre, en general. Intentam no sobremadurar perqu\u00e8 no sigui massa pesada quant a aromes terp\u00e8nics, que no tengui tant d\u2019alcohol i preservi l\u2019acidesa natural, sense corregir. \u00c9s un vi que envelleix molt b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 una acidesa molt bona, amb aromes caracter\u00edstics de la varietat amb un perfil m\u00e9s fresc, m\u00e9s c\u00edtric igual.
